Accomplishments Under President Mrs. Hazel (Sam) Boyd • Theme: “Put the best into your task that we may progress and build toward achievements and success that will endure” • Arrangement theme “Magic with Flowers” • International Flower Show, themed “Our Texas Then and Now,” was held at the Shamrock Hotel in Houston
1953 - 1954
Accomplishments under President: Mrs. Juanita (John) Clark • Theme: “Believe and Succeed • The Federation yearbook was published by Shamrock Publicity Company • A building expansion drive was started to fund a new wall-to-wall kitchen • Complimentary two-page newsletters were sent to all Club Presidents • The Garden Center was used as a voting location
